He is also qualified in Sport Massage and British Medical Acupuncture.

Jeffs’ chiropractic interests are based in biomechanics and musculoskeletal medicine. In other words, all your aches and pains from muscle and joint problems, including management of longer term mechanical pain issues.

Prior to being a chiropractor Jeff grew up in London, worked as a baggage handler at Heathrow, made spectacles, worked in Harrods, studied Physical Education at Sheffield Hallam University, studied Chiropractic at MCC and spent time taking part in and coaching a wide range of sports. He is still a keen hockey player, mountain biker, archer and martial artist…. and enjoys trying to grow food.

What Jeff’s patients have to say…….

“Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He began the session by asking me a series of questions. This, coupled with a thorough diagnostic of my back, allowed him to swiftly identify the cause of my back pain. He took the time to explain clearly what the issue was and demonstrated this on a dummy spine for absolute clarity. Once we began the treatment, he was very communicative with me and explained exactly what he was doing throughout. I noticed a big difference in my back after the treatment. Jeff then suggested a follow up appointment and advised numerous exercises that I can do at home to help aid my recovery. Jeff is a very friendly and professional and I will be recommending him to my friends and family. He is an asset to the clinic.”

“He explained what was wrong and why I was in pain then provided treatment and suggestions for gentle movement at home to aid recovery. I’m still sore but so much better than I was 24 hours ago after my mishapp!!”

“My first visit to a chiropractor and I must say that my back, shoulders and head felt much better, lighter and painless than I could ever imagine.”
