For existing patients who have not had any treatment for over a year, more time is required to adequately assess and explain any changes in their health as well as providing treatment.
Extended Chiropractic Treatment £90
For existing patients with complex Chiropractic needs that require a more extensive treatment, longer appointments are available. This would be booked on recommendation from the chiropractor

Developing Brains

For children with neurological or developmental delays, learning and behavioural difficulties.
Initial Consultation £440
Consultation, functional neurological examination including primitive reflexes with visual & auditory processing and cognitive testing, followed by an explanation of diagnosis and beginning treatment plan where appropriate.

Without visual, auditory and cognitive computer testing, if the child is too young or unable to perform these.

Typically, treatments are followed by a 15 minute session of Low Level Laser Therapy with the Erchonia FX405, providing the red and violet wavelenghts.

Interactive Metronome Initial rental £350 for 2 months – £150 per month thereafter
Tomatis Maestro purchase includes first therapy program £400.
Creation and installation of each additional program £150, every 6-8 weeks

Intensive Therapy
Darren sees some children twice a day for treatment sessions for several days. each followed by a laser session. The cost is the same e.g
3-day intensive inc assessment on 1st day £1,150, oer 5 days £1860 (-£100 if they are unable to do the aditory, visual and cognitive assessments). Please contact us for more details

Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological Rehabilitation Initial Consultation £190
Consultation, examination, and explanation of diagnosis and treatment plan. This also usually includes the first treatment.
These session is for patients with jaw problems, balance disorders, vertigo, headaches and chronic pain.

Phlebotomy – Blood taking
We have a phlebotomist at the clinic and many blood tests including samples that require centrifuging can be done in-house for adults and children. Please note blood kits and courier services need to be arranged by the patient and brought to the appointment.

Missed appointments and late cancellations Policy
Chiropractic Treatments
Missed chiropractic appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged at the full cost of the appointment.
New Patient Consultation including treatment will require a £50 deposit at time of booking. The late cancellation/missed appointment policy applies.
Developing Brains & Neurological Rehabilitation
Deposit for a sole appointment.
When one appointment is booked regularly e.g. one per three to six weeks, one appointment is paid for in advance, at time of the booking. We suggest making more bookings at the frequency recommended so they are in the diary, then during your visit payment is due for the following appointment.
Deposit for a group of appointments or Intensive.
This deposit is for half the total cost of the appointments you have booked as a group or Intensive, usually through a particular week and is payable when booking them.
Cancellation or rescheduling.
If a sole appointment or a group of appointments are cancelled or rescheduled a calendar month before the appointment(s) we will refund the deposit.
If appointments are cancelled, or rescheduled within a calendar month the deposit is not immediately refunded.
If we can arrange for someone else to book the appointment, or some or all of the group of appointments we will refund the deposit related to those appointments we have rebooked.
We operate a waiting list; however, the majority of Darren’s patients live some distance away from Lincoln, this lead in time is required so they can organise travel, accommodation, work, child minders etc. The longer notice we have, the more likely we will be able to refund more of or all of your deposit.
If the deposit isn’t paid by a calendar month before your appointment(s), we will offer them to others on the waiting list.
If you don’t arrive for your appointment, the total cost of the appointment(s) is due.
All patients can sign up to receive a reminder text message or e-mail two days before their appointment, but please do not rely on this completely, as systems do fail!
Health Insurance
HSA, WPA and some other Health Insurers may cover our Chiropractic Treatments but probably won’t cover Neurological Rehabilitation or Developing Brains sessions. We have left BUPA and AXA-PPP on account of their policies.
Your health insurance is your responsibility to arrange; our policy is that treatment is paid for by the patient, at the time, we provide receipts for the patient to seek reimbursement with their insurance company.
Each company has different policies that change year on year, we suggest you contact your insurance company before your appointment. What they do and don’t cover is between you and them.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit and credit cards except American Express for all of the above.
