Clap hands together in front of you, the following beat clap behind your back, repeat and try and do in a fluid continuous motion.

Place the hand trigger on the top of the right hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you, bring your arm forwards between each beat so it moves continuously.

B4 Left Hand Backward Tap
Place the hand trigger on the top of the Left hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you, bring your arm forwards between each beat so it moves continuously.

B5 Right Hand High Backward Tap
Place the hand trigger on the top of the Right hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you and above head height, bring your arm forwards between each beat so it moves continuously.

B6 Left Hand High Backward Tap
Place the hand trigger on the top of the left hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you and above head height, bring your arm forwards between each beat so it moves continuously.

B7* Alternate Hand Backward Tap
Place the hand trigger on the top of each hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you, bring your arm forwards between each beat

B8* Alternate Hand High Backward Tap
Place the hand trigger on the top of each hand (not the palm) and tap on a wall or object behind you and above head height, bring your arm

Stand facing the foot trigger and a few inches away from it with your right arm hanging down several inches from your right side. Place your right foot with the heel planted and the toes hovering slightly above the trigger. On the beat, tap the hand trigger against your right side, and on the next beat, tap the foot trigger with the toes of your right foot. To keep the motion fluid, sway back and forth. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

Stand facing the foot trigger and a few inches away from it with your left arm hanging down several inches from your right side. Place your left foot with the heel planted and the toes hovering slightly above the trigger. On the beat, tap the hand trigger against your left side, and on the next beat, tap the foot trigger with the toes of your left foot. To keep the motion fluid, sway back and forth. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

Stand with the foot trigger several inches away from your right side with your right arm hanging down several inches from your right side. On the beat, tap the hand trigger against your right side, and on the next beat, tap the foot trigger with the toes of your right foot then return your right foot next to the left. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

Stand with the foot trigger several inches away from your left side with your left arm hanging down several inches from your left side.  On the beat, tap the hand trigger against your left side, and on the next beat, tap the foot trigger with the toes of your left foot then return your left foot next to the right.  Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

Stand facing away from the foot trigger with the toes of your right foot planted and the heel hovering slightly above the trigger with your right arm hanging down several inches from your right side. Your right foot should remain firmly planted a few inches away from the foot trigger. On the beat tap the hand trigger against your right side then tap the foot mat with your right heel and then return it to the hovering position. Continue this alternate motion for each consecutive beat.
