E1 Both Hands under alternate legs
Lift one leg up and clap hands together under your leg, then switch legs and clap under the other leg on the next beat, continue clapping under alternate legs.

E2 Both Hands under Right Leg, Tap Right Toe

Stand facing the foot trigger several inches in front of you. Lift your right leg up and clap hands together under your leg, then on the next beat tap the foot trigger with the toes of your right foot. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

E3 Both Hands under Right Leg, Tap Right Toe

Stand facing the foot trigger several inches in front of you.  Lift your left leg up and clap hands together under your leg, then on the next beat tap the foot trigger with the toes of your left foot. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

E4 Both Hands Under Right Leg, Tap Left Toe

Stand facing the foot trigger several inches in front of you.  Lift your right leg up and clap hands together under your leg, bring your right leg down so on the next beat you can tap the foot trigger with the toes of your right left foot. Bring your left foot back to support yourself as you re-lift your right foot to clap under it. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.

E5 Both Hands under Left Leg Tap Right Toe

Stand facing the foot trigger several inches in front of you.  Lift your Left leg up and clap hands together under your leg, bring your left leg down so on the next beat you can tap the foot trigger with the toes of your right right foot. Bring your left foot back to support yourself as you re-lift your left foot to clap under it. Continue this alternating motion for each consecutive beat.
