When your pain is mild, usually after some chiropractic treatments, your Chiropractor will recommend which exercises to do.  It is usually appropriate to use mobilising exercises to regain movement and then build on this to strengthen the effected area which will help with long term maintenance and lead to less reoccurrence of the trauma.
